Stahlgitterroste Rohplatte
Steel grating raw panels refer to the flat, unprocessed forms of steel grating, commonly used as base materials for manufacturing finished products such as walkways, stair treads, trench covers, and various other industrial components.
These panels are typically constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, or galvanized steel, and are available in a range of sizes, thicknesses, and load-bearing capacities.
A Raw Steel Grating Panel Generally Consists of Two Main Components:
Bearing bars: These are the main support bars that run parallel to the length of the panel. They provide the strength and load-carrying capacity.
Cross bars (or cross rods): These bars run perpendicular to the bearing bars and help to hold them in place, creating the grid pattern. They also add stability to the panel.
The raw steel grating panel itself is often cut to standard sizes or custom dimensions based on the end user’s requirements. Afterward, it may undergo additional processes such as galvanizing (coating with zinc) or painting for corrosion resistance, or it might be welded or machined to meet specific design needs.
