Steel grating processing: Cut the steel plate according to the specified size, then cut it according to the grid size, and then connect the horizontal and vertical bars into steel gratings through processes such as pressure welding or manual welding.
Checkered plate preparation: Select a patterned checkered steel plate of appropriate thickness, commonly 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, etc., and perform surface treatment on it, such as rust removal and oil removal, to ensure the welding quality with the steel grating.
Welding combination: The treated steel grating and patterned checkered plate are firmly connected together through welding process to form a compound steel grating.
